Pathways is a fast-growing climate tech startup helping manufacturers decarbonize the built environment. Our platform empowers manufacturers to radically improve how they collect, report, and act on environmental data.
We’ve landed industry-leading customers. We’re growing fast. And now we’re hiring our first SDR to help us scale our outbound motion from the ground up.
This role is not for everyone.

What you’ll do:
- Make the dials. This is a phone-first role. No way around it. If that excites you, you’ll thrive here.
- Build and test scrappy experiments that actually get responses, selling into a market where decision makers aren't online as frequently.
- Develop your own system. If it works, we keep it. If it doesn’t, we scrap it and try again.
- Work directly with leadership to determine what’s working, report what’s not, and help shape how we grow.
What we’re looking for:
- You’ve got at least two years of full-time experience, and you’re a killer on the phone.
- You are obsessively resourceful. When someone doesn’t pick up, you try a different angle. And a different one after that.
- You want to fast track your sales career, not just do a sales job.
