Pathways is a fast-growing climate tech startup helping manufacturers decarbonize the built environment. Our platform empowers manufacturers to radically improve how they collect, report, and act on environmental data.

We’ve landed industry-leading customers. We’re growing fast. And now we’re hiring our first SDR to help us scale our outbound motion from the ground up.

This role is not for everyone.

What you’ll do:

• Wrangle messy data. Analyze, structure and ingest large datasets (Excel, Word, ERP exports, supplier files).
• Master LCA. Learn how construction materials are made and how that translates into environmental impact.
• Automate yourself. Build workflows that start manual but move toward full AI automation.
• Spot inefficiencies. Raise pain points, propose solutions, and help standardize processes.
• Collaborate cross-functionally. Work with product and engineering to improve tools and pipelines.
• Document and scale. Create systems others can build on.
